This policy explains what information Pari ("we", "us"), operated by Lee Thompson at 500 Bedford St., Clear Lake, Iowa 50428, collects through parileads.com and through our services, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, call, text or email us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, business name, industry, the services you are interested in, phone number, email address and your message.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. If we use website analytics, it is configured to respect browser privacy settings and does not sell your data. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Fonts

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers. Google's handling of those requests is described in Google's privacy policy.

How we use information

• To reply to you and to schedule and hold a call you asked for.
• To provide services you have engaged us for, including lead generation, website and marketing work.
• To keep records required to run the business, such as invoices and agreements.
• To improve this website.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your details with third parties except service providers that help us operate (for example email, hosting or form-handling providers) and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.

Lead data for clients

When we research leads for a client, we collect business contact information from public sources such as company websites, directories, public registries and professional profiles, for the purpose of a business-to-business introduction. Lead records are delivered to that one client only, are not resold, and are retained only as long as needed to deliver and report on the service. Anyone who asks us to stop contacting them or to delete their information will have that request honored promptly.

Marketing communications

If we contact you about our services, every message identifies us, includes a way to opt out, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. Our outreach follows the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable state rules. Ask us to stop at any time by replying, calling or emailing hello@outreachdev.dev.

Retention and security

We keep contact information for as long as we have a business reason to, then delete it. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of communications, by emailing hello@outreachdev.dev or calling 641-596-0111.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
