Terms of service

These terms cover your use of parileads.com (the "site") and set out the general terms that apply to services provided by Pari, operated by Lee Thompson ("we", "us"). Specific services are governed by the written agreement you sign with us; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement controls.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it for bulk data, or misrepresent who you are when contacting us. Content on the site is ours or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent, except for sharing links.

No guarantees of results

Marketing and lead generation depend on your market, your pricing, your responsiveness and factors outside our control. We will tell you honestly what we expect, but we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, jobs or revenue. Example lead records shown on the site are illustrations and are not records of real businesses or people. Statistics cited on the site are third-party research, linked to their sources, and describe general findings rather than results we promise.

Services, scope and payment

• Scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts.
• Fees follow the payment plan in your written agreement. Under the pay-per-client plan, a fee is due for each verified client: a person or business from a lead we delivered that becomes your paying customer. You agree to report accurately when a delivered lead becomes your customer.
• Either party may end the engagement as set out in the agreement. Fees for verified clients won from leads delivered before the end date remain due.
• Leads researched for you are delivered to you only and are not resold to anyone else.
• Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the ad platform unless the agreement says otherwise.

Ownership

You own the deliverables we create for you (website, content, lead records, social and ad accounts, Google Business Profile and data) once paid for, and we will transfer every login on request. We keep the right to reuse general know-how, tools and non-client-specific code. Third-party tools and licensed assets remain subject to their own licenses.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, to follow up on leads in a lawful and respectful way, to honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests, and to comply with laws that apply to your business, including email, telemarketing and privacy laws. We may pause or end services if they are used in a way that is unlawful, misleading or harmful to the people being contacted.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, and both parties consent to that venue.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
